Bonrooy’s story began in 2011. The concept for Bonrooy was born one day when our founder Jolie was participating in the Canton Fair. She found a lot of commuters in the metro dressed in business casual clothes but with incompatible bags. She wondered why most business bags were moderate and not striking enough and why the cumbersome pockets couldn’t be streamlined a bit. Since then, she started to study the foreign backpack market and researched what customers think about the color and shape of backpacks, and what features they need that would last.
