There will also be a third-party QC to perform regular inspections as required by you.

High-quality bags are achieved after hundreds of rigorous testing at every production level. We have a strict QC system that beings with carefully screening all involving materials including fabrics, leather, dyestuff, zippers, ABS, PP, PU and many others. Our dedicated QC inspector carry out rigorous chemical testing and physical testing to ensure the textiles meet international standards of Cal prop 65, Reach, and ISO 105.

Each bag and backpack of Bonrooy is subjected to intensive final quality inspections, including dimension calibration, color examination, sewing inspection, threads inspection, and appearance inspection. The defective rate is less than 5% and all the defective products will be picked out of the pool, ensuring all bags and backpacks are in good quality before delivery.
1-year warranty for specific bags after customs clearance; 90 days warranty for general bags. Return is available within 3 months if the products have quality issues. During the warranty period, free replacement of accessories is available. (Buckles, wheels, webbing, and fasteners are all included.)
